My name is Peter Ebenhoch. On begin of September 2011 I managed to run 9 km in 54 minutes. My goal is to participate in a half marathon on 22nd of October 2011 and following a training plan consisting if low carbohydrate food, kettlebell and interval training absorbing concepts of Brian Mackenzie and Tim Ferriss. I will document my progress and kickbacks here. I am curious if I will successfully complete the half marathon and in what time!
you know that your weight training is not going to make you faster – just run more 🙂
